1 Are they easy are they to put up?
A.Yes!! 2 people will be able to take one of our instant canopies from the supplied carry bag and have it ready to use in under 2 minutes.
It's that easy!! No poles, no tools and no fuss!!!
2 Do your prices INCLUDE VAT?
A. Yes!! All the prices you see on this site include VAT and courier delivery to anywhere in the UK - No hidden extras!
3 What comes with the canopy?
A With every Instant canopy we sell you will receive a Carry Bag, Frame dust cover and stake kit - no hidden extras!!
4 Will it be fully assembled when it arrives?
A. Yes!!. The frame arrives fully assembled and ready to use.The canopy has to be attached to the frame the first time you use it(takes approx. 5 mins) it then stays attached to the frame in the supplied carry bag.
5 If i buy a wall kit what do i get?
A. With every wall kit you will receive a full enclosure kit for your Custom Canopy - this will include solid sidewalls and an entry panel PLUS a heavy duty carry bag for your wall kit.
Wall kit 10 includes 3x10' solid sidewalls + 1x10' entry panel + 1xHeavy Duty Carry bag.
Wall Kit 15 includes 2x15' solid sidewalls + 1x10' sidewall + 1x10'Entry panel + 1xHeavy Duty Carry bag.
Wall Kit 20 includes 5x10' solid sidewalls + 1x10'entry panel + 1xHeavy Duty Carry bag.
6 Can they be used when it is windy?
A.Yes. Although we do not recommend using our instant canopies in very windy conditions we have used them ourselves here in Scotland and if they are secured to the ground sufficiently they will withstand reasonably windy conditions. We recommend caution and good sense in these conditions.
7 What happens if I break it?
A. If the damage is as a result of manufacturing defects within the 12mth gaurantee period we will send you replacement parts FOC. If the unit has suffered damage because of other reasons we offer a full replacement parts service at reasonable cost.
8 Can I have it printed?
A. Yes!! We offer a full bespoke printing and lettering service.
9 Do you have any shops?
A. We are an online/mail order company and as such do not have any shops. If you are in Scotland anytime we are more than happy to demonstrate any of our products in person at our warehoue in Stirling.
10 What do other people use them for?
A. Really anything time you need shelter or where you need to create your own space.
